Through our trusted contracting partners, we also offer full turnkey construction services, making your renovation experience smooth, stress-free, and fully coordinated.

Already working with a contractor? No problem—we love collaborating to bring your custom cabinet vision to life. You’ll work with our talented designers to craft cabinets that perfectly balance style, function, and your unique space.

To make decision-making effortless, we provide detailed 3D renderings and our newest innovation: virtual reality walkthroughs. Experience your kitchen or bathroom before it’s built, explore every angle, and see exactly how your finished space will look and function. This ensures you move forward with complete confidence.

Here’s what you can expect when working with us:

1. Free Quote – Following our visit, we’ll provide a detailed quote for your project.  
2. Design Retainer (10%) – Once you’re ready to move forward, we collect a 10% design retainer, which goes toward your final cost.  
3. Design & Selections – With your retainer in place, we’ll collaborate with you through our included design service to finalize your layout, spacing, functionality, and materials. You’ll receive 3D renderings for full confidence in your choices.  
4. Showroom Experience – As a bonus, you’ll have access to our full showroom featuring cabinet materials, tile, sinks, hardware, and more. We can help you source everything for your space, ensuring a cohesive design from start to finish.  
5. Final Contract & Production – Once all materials and designs are approved, we provide a final contract and schedule production.  
6. Preparation for Installation – We’ll coordinate with your contractor and electrician to ensure the site is ready for your cabinets.  
7. Delivery & Installation – Your install date will be pre-scheduled for a smooth in-home delivery and installation. We can also include countertops if required.  
8. Finishing Touches & Staging – Once installation is complete, we can assist with finishing touches, styling, and professional photos to showcase your new space.

Costing & Estimates

We provide free estimates when rough floor plans are available, giving you a clear understanding of your investment from the very beginning. At Brodie & Brown, we’re dedicated to delivering custom solutions that exceed expectations, every time.
